Michael Todd graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors Degree in International Business and Marketing. With over 20 years of experience in Project Management, he has ensured that Prime Development has grown despite a very competitive industry and minimal economic growth. Michael focuses on financial stability for the company through effective management of the existing projects while continuously seeking new opportunities for development. His responsibilities include project costing and feasibility analysis, project material procurement, operational oversight, total quality management, project management and supervision of site coordination. He has successfully put together several feasibility studies for potential developments, sourced development financing and taken projects from the conception stage to completion.
Monique Todd is presently a Director and General Manager of Prime Development Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Honours with a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Fine Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada. Her responsibilities include accounting and banking, cash flow management, marketing and administrative oversight as the company grows and takes on new projects. With over eighteen years in the financial sector, Monique's wealth of knowledge and experience in banking, finance and marketing has been integral in the streamlining of the company's operational efficiency and building its brand. She has also been integral in the development of the company's philanthropic interests with particular focus on childhood development.
Godfrey James has worked in the construction industry for close to three decades on both small and large sites. He has been a member of the Prime team since 2006 and his proficiency in Mechanical Engineering, which he studied at the University of Technology has been integral to Prime’s development in the construction industry in Jamaica. As Project Manager, Godfrey is responsible for the general management of the assigned construction site to ensure the development is completed on time, on budget and to the client's satisfaction. His responsibilities include project management, site supervision, professional and technical oversight of projects and quality control.
Tara Vincent Brown
Tara Vincent - Brown has been a member of the Prime team since 2004. She holds Diplomas in Secondary Education, History, Literature and Human Resource Management. As the company's Administrative Supervisor she is responsible for regulation of organizational and clerical processes, human resources, construction legislative submissions, procurement oversight and company imports.
Christopher Hayletts has been with the Prime team since its incorporation in 2001. He holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of the West Indies. Christopher possesses over twenty years of experience in the field of accounting and offers the company sound financial advice and counsel. He responsible for all accounting operations including the company payroll, statutory deductions and tax matters.
Shantel Robinson is Prime’s vibrant Procurement Officer with first-rate organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. She provides administrative support to all members of staff as well as coordinates the procurement of material for the various construction sites. Her educational background in Statistics makes her a valuable asset to the organization.
