Michael Todd
Managing Director
Michael Todd graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors Degree in International Business and Marketing. With over 20 years of experience in Project Management, he has ensured that Prime Development has grown despite a very competitive industry and minimal economic growth. Michael focuses on financial stability for the company through effective management of the existing projects while continuously seeking new opportunities for development.
His responsibilities include project costing and feasibility analysis, project material procurement, operational oversight, total quality management, project management and supervision of site coordination. He has successfully put together several feasibility studies for potential developments, sourced development financing and taken projects from the conception stage to completion.
Monique Todd
General Manager
Monique Todd is presently a Director and the General Manager of Prime Development Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Honours with a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Fine Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada. Her responsibilities include accounting and banking, cash flow management, marketing and administrative oversight as the company grows and takes on new projects. With over eighteen years in the financial sector, Monique's knowledge and experience in banking, finance and marketing has been integral in the streamlining of the company's operational efficiency and building its brand. She has also been integral in the development of the company's philanthropic interests with particular focus on childhood development.
Lukelae Graham
Project Manager
Lukelae Graham joined the Prime Development team in 2015 and has provided the company with experienced and competent Supervisory and Project Management skills. With a degree in Business Administration and Construction Management and over thirty years of experience in the industry, Luke's responsibilities include project management, site supervision, professional and technical oversight of projects, client liaison and quality control.
Tara Vincent Brown
Administrative Supervisor
Tara Vincent - Brown has been a member of the Prime Development team since 2004 and has grown with the company. She currently hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. As Prime's Administrative Supervisor she is responsible for the regulation of organizational and clerical processes, human resource issues which include site safety, construction legislative submissions, procurement oversight and company imports. She is the primary contact with the company's suppliers and ensures good relations within the industry.
Shantel Robinson
Procurement Officer
Shantel Robinson is Prime Developmentās vibrant Procurement Officer and possesses detailed organizational skills. She joined the team in 2011 focused then on providing integral administrative support to all members of the team. In addition to this responsibility she is also responsible for coordinating the procurement and delivery of material for the various construction sites. Her educational degree in Statistics makes her a valuable asset to the organization.
